Are SSL Certificates free?

Basic SSL certificates, installed by cPanel's AutoSSL feature are free on both Shared Hosting and Managed VPS packages, yes, and they are usually automatically installed. If you do have any issues, please head to the SSL area in your cPanel account though and you can issue them from there.
For Unmanaged VPS, you are welcome to use Let's Encrypt for free or purchase an extended SSL certificate through us or another supplier.
Extended SSL certificates can be purchased from poundawebsite at competitive prices. You can also bring your Extended SSL certificate with you and install it, free of charge.
