Do you pass my details on to others?

No, we don't and we are not allowed to without your permission either unless it is in relation to a website domain (a www.address) - the domain registrar requires accurate details from you and we would need to pass these on, on your behalf. We don't pass your personal details on for marketing purposes unless you opt in.


We do use the details that you provide when you order and pay for the purposes of detecting fraud and criminal activity though - this is not a credit check (and has nothing to do with your credit rating) and we simply cross reference the data that you provide to ensure that you are who you say you are and that payment methods are yours to genuinely use. Our leading professional fraud prevention provider uses industry standard security to protect your information. 


Our online chat offering is outsourced though (outside of the EEA) and, by using their service, you are agreeing to their privacy policy (and ours). If you have an account specific enquiry, please raise a support ticket instead of using the online chat. If you have a general question, and you are an existing customer, you are welcome to use the online chat though as long as the enquiry is not account specific. 

If you'd prefer not to use the online chat, you can contact us directly using our contact form (on the top menu) and this enquiry will come through to us directly. You can also remain anonymous on the online chat if you want to although it does record your IP address.

Never give out usernames and passwords or credit/debit card/bank details to us or our chat service providers. We don't need them. We ask security questions to verify your identity instead.
