Will I be in a long contract for my shared webhosting package?

All of our packages are charged at £1.00 per month + VAT Plus a small handling charge (pence). 

We can't ordinarily offer pro rata refunds unless this is provided for in our Terms and Conditions. If you do wish to cancel your hosting package, please raise a support ticket from within your client area otherwise we will continue to supply your hosting, subject to our terms, conditions and policies and charge accordingly.

Effectively, the contract term for shared webhosting is 1 month.

Please contact our customer support about any issues and we will do the utmost to resolve the issue for you.

We require 4 weeks notice on the cancellation of VPS services and you or your business remain liable for the cost during that time.
