All of our packages are charged monthly and the price is quoted excluding VAT at 20% and inclusive of a small handling charge.
We can't offer a pro rata refund for cancelled services but you are free to leave after you have given us 4 weeks notice and you or your business remain liable for any costs during that time. Please contact our customer support by Email or by raising a support ticket about any issues though and we will do the utmost to resolve the issue for you.
If you have domains with us, you are welcome to continue managing them through us or you can take them with you.
